Early Payday
What you need to know:
Some consumer forums and websites may suggest that Early Payday Loans are operating without a consumer credit license – please disregard this information. Early Payday Loan’s consumer credit license did expire briefly in January 2009 but was quickly renewed. Their current license is set to expire in 2014.
On the whole, Early Payday Loans appear to offer a reputable and useful service. The service is a whole quite standard and on par with that being offered by its competitors e.g. charges per £100 borrowed. Early Payday Loans offer a stable albeit unspectacular service to customers.
Criteria:
In order to apply for a payday loan with early payday loan you must be in possession of EITHER a valid UK debit card or chequebook. You must also be over the age of eighteen years, living in the UK and in full-time employment.
Customer Service and Complaints:
Early Payday Loans offer same day transfer. We cannot find anything to suggest there are additional charges for a same day transfer. Their application form is hosted on a secure server.
There are little in the way of consumer reviews on Early Payday Loans however of those we have read the majority communicate an overall positive experience with the company. The main thing to watch out for is the possibility that you may to fax additional identification to validate your application.
Overall:
Early Payday Loans are a viable alternative to some of the more popular lenders out there. We would however like some more transparency on any additional charges – even if there are no additional charges it would be useful to state this on the website as more customers will be attracted to the transparency.
